REGISTRATION PROCEDURE


Registration of students takes place in the spring of each year.  The following are required for registration. 

  • Interview with Principal and/or Pastor.  (If additional information is necessary) 
  • Completed application and payment of registration fee. 
  • Completed Cumulative Record. 
  • Birth and Baptismal Certificate (First Communion if applicable) for verification. 
  • Read and sign Parent Agreement 
  • Previous report card or progress report 
  • A signed release so that previous records may be obtained. 
  • Immunization and Medical Records.
